FCA crypto consultation – the good, the bad and a summary

Below we have set out a summary of the sections and paragraphs of Chapter 2 of the FCA’s CP25/14.

While there are areas which, if adopted, would benefit the UK’s cryptoasset industry and its users, a consultation paper is meant to provoke thoughts on what’s wrong and how to put it right.

We have therefore started this summary with our thoughts on the problems we see and, after setting out the summary, end with our ideas for improvements.
