FCA AIFMD consultations – July 2026

On 14 July 2026, the FCA published three consultation papers containing a coordinated package of reforms aimed at making asset management regulation more proportionate, cheaper for firms to comply with, and better able to give the regulator the data it needs to supervise the sector.
